Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can Howie the Pug come visit our jobsite?
A: Yes, Howie is available for personal appearances, as long as dog biscuits are involved and he doesn‘t have to work too hard.

Q: Is it guaranteed?
A: Yes, our transferable warranty states that no water shall pass beneath the baseboard system as long as you own the home.

Q: Is installation messy?
A: As we work we take many precautions to ensure that your property is protected from the minimal amount of dust created, and we complete our work with a thorough clean-up. In fact, it is our goal to leave it cleaner than when we started.

Q: Do you tear down our finished walls?
A: The only time we tear out finished walls is if they are water-damaged beyond repair or are too moldy. Typically we only remove the bottom five inches of the wall, allowing you to keep your finished environment intact. We complete the job with custom molding stained or painted to match what you had before.

Q: Do you dig up our floors?
A: We do not dig up the floor to install our baseboard system. Typically the only digging we do is to install our sump pumps.

Q: What areas do you service?
A: We service all of the southern tier of New York, such as Binghamton, Vestal, Endicott, Endwell, Johnson City, Maine, Whitney Point, Chenango Bridge, Chenango Forks Conklin, Windsor, Owego, Candor, Spencer, Apalachin, Elmira, Horseheads, Deposit, Greene, Afton, Norwich, Oxford and Oneonta. We also service the northern tier of Pennsylvania like Montrose, Sayre, and Friendsville.

Q: How much will this cost?
A: Probably not as much as you think. Compared to many other systems out there on the market, ours is extremely affordable. Our system is reasonably priced, and the space you gain in your home can be invaluable.

Q: Can I make payments?
A: We require half down to book your job and order materials, with the balance due upon job completion. We accept checks, cash, visa and mastercard.
